Yeah, that's what I'm thinking too. I just have to find one that fits though.
I don't want to cut the buckle on the base of the bag, so whatever I do I need to do it in a way that I can use that female buckle there.
If you like the concept of sling type bags, you will not be disappointed by the T-214 ;).
I can't say what their reasoning was, but the problem is, beside the strap dangling around when not in use, it's pretty awkward to connect with...
