The 5.11 Stryke pants are pretty much what you're looking for. Well worth the $$ if you ask me. I'd recommend ordering one waist size smaller...

Well, to each his own. Fits fine in my skinny jeans front pocket, and doesn't imprint any more than my iPhone :)
This is with the bills inserted fold-in.
If I insert the bills fold-out it reduces the thickness even more. (hope my terminology makes sense!)
Sure, here are some shots. The dollar bills compress when they're in my pocket further reducing the form factor of the wallet.

Koyono Slimmy. I've had mine for at least eight years and it's been flawless. Even been through the wash a few times (oops).
The ones I own were on-sale Blackhawk TNT Ops tactical pants. I wouldn't buy them for retail ($79!!!) but I got them for $30 which is a fine deal....
I really like the padded waist on the Blackhawks. Makes IWB or OWB carry that much more comfortable.

I could never get used to the rear sights on the Kahr. Not having two dots in the back really bothers me.
I love my Ruger LC9. i'd feel totally safe pocket carrying it, too, due in large part to the manual safety and DAO trigger.
