What's your weather and where are you today?

Finally! Snow! Only 10cm, but still!

And the temperature is up from - 16 Celsius to a lukewarm - 8. Walking in a winter wonderland today (or close enough for most practical purposes).

It was -4 F last night and still no snow in the MatSu VAlley. We NEED snow!

-40F days, -45 nights...

Has been since about Friday. stayed around -40F, or about -38F IIRC Monday night and snowed about 1/2".

Had a great adventure sunday, the heater motor in my truck fried itself(literally, filled the cab with smoke) while I was warming the truck up to leave church. So, a buddy gave me a ride to the lunch I was going to, and I stopped home to get my spare heater motor... Turns out they are a LOT harder to change than I remembered!

Another buddy came back with me that night and in ithe dark and cold after services we tried to get the now frozen truck to start... No go. So, Monday after work we went out there with a diesel master heater, a propane weed burner and warmed the engine up(also had the electric tank heater on the truck pluged in after we towed the truck up close enough to the vacant parsonage to plug it it)... 3 hours of shooting flames on the oil pan, 2 battery changes and a jump start later, and the truck started. Then came the fun part of driving it 30 miles at -40 with no heat. The heater actually radiated enough heat to keep the windshield clear, but thats about it...

Gee, ain't it Fun living in this climate?

Ya'll in the south might just have to put up with an Alaskan EDCer next winter... I'm getting kinda sick of this climate...

I'm in Ludvika, Sweden. Today it's 14/-10 degrees but a couple of days ago it was snowing heavily and just -13/-25 degrees.

Started snowing at 8am and has ever since (4:30 pm now here), so far about 15cm snow.

Yesterday I thought 'wow, I completely forgot how much fun snow is'

Today I remembered why it isn't: it took me 20 minutes to get the snow off my car and shovel a small lane to the street (I guess I should be lucky - only 10m to cover)

Blue skys 4'c not a cloud in sight, but i bet it will be alot colder when i get to work with the wind chill coming off the sea

-15f, and holding for the last couple days. And clear...
I hate to say it, but we need snow, some of y'all that are getting it, send it this way!!

But GORGEOUS!!
