TARFU'S 5.11 RUSH 24 Review (Picture Heavy)

Finally got a chance to play around with my rush 24.
Is it me or the zippers on it don't close fully and leave a little hole all the time? I seen some manufacturers have a zipper garages, would be a nice touch.

For the tiers, is this what I should get?

Just received my Black Rush 24 and the tier system in the post after reading this thread! Can't wait to get it into action!

I was looking at a TAD Fast Pack Litespeed (http://www.tripleaughtdesign.com/Equipment/Bags-And-Packs/FAST-Pack-Litespeed), but just could not justify the extra cost. One of the main things I liked about the Litespeed was the detachable beavers tail or Transporter Tail as they called it. But I'm thinking with the Tier System and either this or this (or something similar) I could make my own!! Don't know if anyone's tried this, but if not I'll post up pictures when I do!

Tarfu what pistol and what size mags were you able to fit in the responder pouch? I am planning on purchasing the XD 9 4". Should that fit? Thanks. Great review by the way.

There was a big sale in one of the few stores that carry 5.11-stuff here in Sweden, so I couldn't resist the urge to get me a Rush 24. I only paid $100 for a bag that usually cost nearly double that here in the north. I´m happy, and my wife keeps rolling her eyes and telling me I need to rebuild at home to have somewhere to store all my bags

The more i look at this review the more i regret buying the Triab 18.

On the hunt for a 24 in sandstone. Anyone know of a deal or coupon code for a retailer i can use? Currently the best price i've found is $110 shipped on ebay.

*EDIT- An hour after the above reply i just happened to search for newly listed Rush 24's on ebay just minutes after a brand new one was listed for $60 + $12 shipping. Its black and not the sandstone i wanted, but i couldn't pass it up for the price.

I received my Rush 24 yesterday and love it. The size and internal organization fits my needs perfectly. If i had just bought the Rush 24 first i would have saved a couple hundred bucks in the other bags i bought recently.

hello everyone. is me again. i bought the 5.11 rush 24 and using it now. but now the problem is that i looking for a bag bottom board to protect my cloths and stuff inside due to the bottom of the bag has got 2 holes.

any suggestion where i can find the bag bottom board which can suit into this rush 24.

Duct tape on the inside?

Piece of thin kydex maybe? You can get 8x12 sheets pretty cheap on ebay.

can i use cutting board? instead of kydex?
