    I don't have a full sized SwissTool but I'll endorse the Leatherman ST300 as a solid choice. It is "strong like bull" as they say. I've never pushed it to a point where I thought it would break and I can't say that about most multis.

    Metro's point about the cost advantage is a good one. I got my ST300 for less than $40 at Home Depot some time ago.

    ^this is a good idea.

    Myself, I've been a Vic man all of my MT life. I've used and abused Swisstools & Spirits and never had a failure. I haven't ever had a problem with the nail nicks, though.

    Get both, sell, one...or don't. You do need a MT for your vehicle'sEDC, don't you? lol

    I need one bad for my Kenworth. I really need a whole new set of tools period. Thinking about getting some kobalts for my truck. Wow this is tough. :)

    After looking at the new Leatherman Surge my search is done! I'll just wait for the new one! The EDC Gods have answered my prayers! Metropolicity when I get my new MT I will place my sheath order.
