I came across the Smittybuilt ones today. (Need covers for my car seats, they don't make them for my car. Plus, no room behind the seats.)

I hadn't seen any pics of it done, but a cheap eBay vest and seat covers could do a very similar job to some $229 tactical seat covers if you have a bit of time to spare

Hang stuff on your seatbacks so the criminal can see it better and then break in and steal it, sounds good to me.

marathon seat covers are the best. i don't know if they will meet your requirements, but they are the best.

Exactly what I was thinking.... only thing worse is when people add aftermarket stuff to their vehicles and then feel the need to festoon their car with the stickers/decals of every manufacturer from whom they sourced parts.

I guess it does make comparison shopping easier for thieves.

Cool idea, good execution but not something that I would use- I'd be too worried about them getting stolen. However I suppose I'd use them for swapping out my gear on a daily basis. Also for easy access of some things- I don't like to wear my belt pouches when I'm driving so I could attach those plus I'd like to have better access to my first aid kit that attaches to my pack so that'd get attached too- things wouldn't get attached on a permanent base though!

I found a Carhart seat cover at Wally-World. About $22 each, cordura feel. Easy to sew some Molle onto. Not the best fit, but I plan on putting some cinch straps on them to fix that.

I bought them because they are the best. custom made for my truck in America...in one of my favorite colors to boot.

I really doubt I could replace or reupholster my seats for $200 or even the $500 that the covers cost.

Ah the boy racer shopping list down the front wing? There's a small european hatchback driving around my town with HKS stickers all over it. So far as I know HKS gear is for Japanese cars?
I'm tempted to get some stickers for my ride - but seeing as its a vw van the shopping list will be milk, eggs, bacon...

Back on subject, I like the vest mod, may have to find a cheap on for myself. If you have tinted glass or like me drive a van it's not on display either.
