    The outcome of the lawsuit is going to take longer. There was an attempt to get this thrown out. It will be going to trial sometime in January. With the lawsuit some developers are setting on the sidelines to await the outcome. Things I was going to have custom coded or that was being developed got shelved or slowed down. I was counting on those developers and had been talking to them regularly and a couple of key ones thought there time was better spent elsewhere until this is cleared up.

    The outcome of the lawsuit and what happens if XenForo loses is going to have an impact on what I do.

    Gonna "watch" this so I don't forget when I forget I can refer to it. Not sure where my "trophy" is, though.

    So we have "Empty Pockets," "Loaded Pockets," and "Uber Prepared." Am I to assume that things like "Evil Person" and "Troublemaker" are granted for service Above And Beyond The Call Of Duty to the forum?
