So we've had 2 great new threads recently with pics - (thanks guys!)

and....I noticed that the "dave's deals" sale area of the site has different items practically every day....

and...I thought I'd just "check in" every day....

and...they put a Messenger bag up today in Dark Coffee Brown (my favorite color on thier site)
for $262. Now, I may drool over the backpack, but at $500+ it's not gonna happen
and to get the messenger for about $100 off....
I just couldn't resist and the "dave's deal" put me over the edge!
Had that amex # typed into the checkout box in seconds! ha!

so...it's a week(ish) away, but I'll get some pics up when it comes....I know I'm gonna carry it for a few days....maybe I can even talk myself into taking just a few things out of the Rush 24 edc bag and leave the Rush24 in the jeep....and carry this full time for awhile....but if not, I see this as a fantastic Christmas present to give my dad or my brother in law.

I can hear my long departed grandmother's voice clearly...."if you play with fire"....lol! oh well, I'm pretty stoked about it. :)

Nice catch! I know its very different than the Rush, but would love to hear your thoughts between the two.

One thing I can promise you - you won't be dissatisfied with the quality of the Saddleback bags. As to how your purchase will fit into your lifestyle and EDC objectives, that's so personal that no one can comment on. Good luck with your bag - even if it doesn't accommodate your needs, you'll still love the bag.
