    the pockettoolx "PIRANHA"

i just received the new version piranha a few days ago...it has the combonation of standard and metric size wrench

i am a little turned off with these kind of pocket tools...they just always seem to have features i cant use or not enough features.. also some features just dont live up to expections and cant do the job they are meant to do..

so far this is not the case with the piranha... understanding that a pocket tool is not designed for heavy tasks..this thing rocks... fits in the hand so nice and comfortable.. you can pocket carry it and not even know its in your pocket.

the wrench sizes fit perfectly to a nut or bolt and having one side flat and the with teeth allows for a racheting affect when in use.. the slotted and philips bit is of the best of quality and when its in its hex hole it stops half way in so using it is not a problem.. i was expecting it to be a hassle and side thru and thru ,,,

the scraper is my favorite .. i have removed shipping labels from boxes and caked on dirt from yard tools with ease
the pry is good. i have pry open old paint cans with some effort. but it works.... the notch for slicing open boxes is a great feature and also works great... i have still not had a change to put the bottle opener to the test ,,but im expecting it to work as well and the other features on the tool...

so as you may be able to see,,,im quite happy with this new toy....and would not think twice to recommend it to any one wanted such a tool..

this piranha already has replaced my keychain ring of tools... and helping to steamline my edc that i have in my pockets..

hope this helps anyone thats not sure about these tools..

over the holiday weekend my piranaha got to open many bottles..and got alot of attention..people bringing there bottles to open just to see the tool at work... hey most were twist offs ..its cool.. the bottle opener works great..maybe twice it took two times to open a bottle..and that was probably my fault being a little *****

there are so many pics of the piranha already posted here on edc forum...you can see them in the multitools and pocketools section
each version looks much the same as its earlier versions..the changes have mostly been the combinations of metric and sas wrench sizes in one tool...the later version was your choice ,,standard or metric..

im just passing along info because the lastest version just started being sold...also before this particular tool..i was never impressed with this type of tool...never enough bang for the buck..this tool does it all ..after this i feel one needs a true multitool,,
everything on this tool works as should be and then some and that is what i wish to pass along
