I carry a Maxpedition Remora daily and need to move up a size or two so just wanted opinions on the lunada. I love the way the remora carries just need more space and i like the fact the bags straps are ambi carry. Any thoughts?

I really like mine. It does have significantly more room than the Remora and is still pretty compact. I have added a couple of bottle pouches on the sides too which frees up all the internal space.

i have been looking at the remora and i think the lunada is the better choice...i have no idea why i am thinking to get it...when i need a bag my condor II backback is just fine..but maybe a smaller bag would be nice at times..
I started with the Remora then bought the Lunada and figured that would be plenty of room.... I am now on the Sitka and love it, I did not love it at first but now it is the best bag I have owned....
Saw you're using a condor II. Thought I'd put up a couple pics of my condorII with my Malaga just for size reference for you. Since we all know that the bags look bigger on the website than in person, maybe it'll help you dicide if the Malaga would be better suited for more space, or try the Lunada. Anyway.......

thanks for the pictures of the side by side,,,helps alot ...now if i could see a lunada and a condor II or a malaga and a lunada haha
I was after a Remora, but then worked out a trade in the B/S/T area for a Luanda. I love the bag and it is just the right size for me. If it was any larger I would be carrying stuff for the sake of filling it. I have a nice collection of gear in my Lunada that makes sense for me to carry and is easily accessible. I have not handled a Remora but I would say if you are just looking for a little more space it should work out perfectly. The Lunada is 390 cu. in. compared to 225 for the Remora.

I've got an idea-an idea so smart my head would explode if I even began to know what I was talking about.
