At request, Quick review of CONDOR MOLLIE T&T UTILITY POUCH

Just recived the CONDOR MOLLE T&T POUCH and by request I'm doing a short review with a few images ..
    Actual description form the seller:
Fully opens with paracords to adjust One internal sleeve, one zipper pocket, and multiple elastic keeper Removable 7" x 12" vinyl sleeve for map or documents External webbing for modular attachments 10" 3" ID/Patches panel Removable back straps Two D-ring on the back Size : 10"L x 7.5"H x 1.5"D .
I orderd it from Opsgear in Utah because it was close to home, I'm in NV that borders Utah ..
The thing arrived in 3 days to the T and here is the fresh out of box image ..

My first impression was, It's big and better than I expected:
Decent zippers, a darker 'Tan' color, and the "Nylon 1000" materal feels farly sturdy and not stiff but thick,
also adequate double stitching on the attachment/MOLLE straps seems 'fairly' sturdy ..

Then I found the the weakness of the product,
The elastic, It's cheap and deformed right away when stressed but did not loose holding abilities (yet) ..
Thats fine because I don't use these tools all the time or every day, this is more of a repair/maintenance kit than anything else ..

Next, the removable attachment straps are made of stiffened nylon with a properly installed snap,
Not bad for what they are ..

And finally the pouch loaded ..
It still has plenty of room in the zippered pocket and the non zippered pocket behind the elastic panels ..
My Spyderco Tenacious is shown for size reference..

I like it for the price (about $30 including shipping) and the capacity, we'll see how it lasts ..
    Thanks for looking ,)

    BE WELL .. GH

Nice review. I've been thinking about getting something like that. I may have to pick on up. Where did you get yours?

    Hey GH,

    Thanks for the great review!
    Hows this one holding up?
Thinkin 'bout pickin one up, but don't know if Id be better off making my own or modifying a Maxpedition product..
I've had a few Condor products and ended up giving them away due to the zippers sucking and as you stated, the elastic sucks too!
Any more input would be appreciated.

Not to hijack GH's thread but if you want this pouch and are concerned about quality look at Emdoms site they are who Condor "borrowed" this design from. I have some of their gear and some Condor gear and there really is no comparison.

    Edit: Can't type today

No problem SM ,) It's not that great but I don't beat on it that much .. It suits the purpose of keeping things secure ..
Thanks for the heads up on Emdom, I'll look into it ,)

Turns out I looked at the product before and got the Condor because of the elastic .. It still suits my purpose ..

I looked on all the web site's that sell them and most do not ship oversea's :|
In a way, you will pay much more than it is worth .

Ho guardato su tutti i siti web che li vendono e la maggior parte non nave transoceanica è: |
In un certo senso, si pagherà molto di più di quello che vale. ?

I did just find this ! >> www.sofmilitary.co.uk !! On the menu, Look at: Webbing & Bergens - Molle - Webbing - Coyote Desert ,)

Let me know if it will work for you ,)
