Mostly burning or heating up things that 'need it' or lighting cigarettes/cigars etc. . It's just a real good heavy duty lighter with good fuel capacity ,)
I like the Ronson 'JetLite' best for melting nylon cord ends because it leaves little residue and of course in the wind ($5) <)
