    CountyComm

    hello,

    after some time i finally had enough and post hopefully in the right spot here.

    early last year i fist saw the pry bars by countycomm and wnat order some for me and 2 friends. i contated them if its possible to pay with paypal and they agree.

    then as i send them teh email for the order early mai, cause i will be back from june to july in usa, im from swiss, no ansver. try it serveral times and the email got tru, no ansver, an friend that want some of the stuff too called them, he lives only an few miles away from theyr location, he talked on the ansvering machine, asking for an callback - no ansver.

    i had to leave usa with no prybars and i did email again, also as im now back again in usa for some weeks, no ansver, i only got the news that they count whats in the store etc, great.

    the pinnacle was that that company contacted me some time ago about my knives, they wanted to buy them and resell. as fare i remember there was an issue with fenix lights that they sold but thats another story.

    anyway, me and my friends are really disapointed in sutch an bad service, if that goods would be sold out we understood, if that goods would be sold in another place we for 100% would buy there but not getting an ansver on all the email to all the 3 email l accounts listed on that website is really poor customer service.

    sad to say but how it looks they dont need ouer buiseness.

    That's a shame. After reading so much about them, I was going to place an order. Hearing this, I am reluctant to risk my money there.
    Where am I going? ...and why am I in this handbasket?

    I've done several transactions with them and haven't had an issue. I even did a GB with them, spoke on the phone, e-mails, etc. no problems.

    I'm interested in hearing their side of the story.

    I've ordered with no problems and quick shipping. you do know that certain times in the year they are out of the office for as much as a week or two. they usually post this in small print on the homepage.

    Re: CountyComm

    Just wanted to add another vote in favour of countycomm service. I've ordered from them twice so far, no problems whatsoever. Shipping was as fast as could be expected for UPS ground, and they shipped within 2 days of my ordering (including weekends). I would have no problems ordering from them again. I'm sorry to hear about your bad experience however.

    I made several orders that went great but I've never needed to communicate with them.

    Re: CountyComm

    I've had bad experiences with CountyComm. So bad, in fact, that I have vowed to never purchase from them again.

    Why?

    <Begin Rant>

    Well, simply put, it all began when they did not completely fulfill my order. I informed them (via email) once I received my order and found out that a couple items were missing and they said they would send out the remainder. I waited and waited and finally found out that it had been sent (supposedly), but I never received the missing products. I spoke with them again (via email), they said they would send another package out to fulfill my order. Never received this package either. Waited even longer and finally spoke with them again (via email). They said they would send another package. I waited, and waited, and waited. I still haven't received my missing products and this was over one year ago. The last I heard from them was that they had sent me out three different orders and all were lost. Well, I might find this believable if only one order had been lost, maybe even two, but three orders, all from the same vendor were lost on the way to my P.O. Box? I have never had anything lost in the mail that I have ordered, ever. This was the first time...well the first, second, and third.

    Now, some of you might think that they did their part and tried to help me out but let me tell you that it was like pulling teeth to get any information out of them. At first they were helpful, then as I became more persistant they began ignoring me. Finally, they quit responding to my emails. The last email I sent them consisted of me telling them I had still not received any of the products I had ordered from the initial order, the first package they said they would send, the second package they said they would send, nor the third package they would send. That was a total of four times they had to make this right but they just couldn't get it done. I dealt with them for at least six months about this one order and finally decided to leave it alone because they had already decided to quite helping me. I wasted far too much time on this order and don't plan on wasting anymore of my time on them in the future.

    I'm not trying to tell anyone not to order from them. I had ordered from them before several times and was completely satisfied, however, this order ruined it for me. It was almost as if they thought I was lying to them about not receiving my initial complete order and they were just telling me they sent the extra products, three times, so I would be appeased and it would look like they were trying to help. Well, I've ordered hundreds of packages and have never had one lost when all of a sudden I lose three, in a row, from the same vendor. I don't think so.

    </End Rant>
