It appears to me that the Fisher Universal refill will fit the Inka pen, so long as you remove the stylus tip from the end of the used cartridge and put it on the refill.

Odorimashou. Yume no naka e itte mitai to omoimasen ka?
Thanks all, list updated with PicoPen and Inka Pen info.
List updated with Rotring 600 series info.
Monica, does the 600 series refill info apply to the triopens as well?
Dino, it is my understanding that the 600 Trio series takes the Rotring mini ballpoint refill, which is essentially the same as the: G. Fisher Pressurized Universal refill.
I'll post it once I verify.
The Rotring Trio and Duo Pens will take Rotring Multipen refills, as well as Schaeffer multipen refills, and Staedtler Multipen refills (easily found at Staples). IMHO, the Rotrings write the best out of all of those.

I've also used Staedtler refills in my Rotring 600 as well as in the Pico Pen (tight fit).
Rotring refills also fit the Pico, but tightly.
loWWorm, FYI - the Fisher Universal may be pressurized, but the Rotring and the Staedtler aren't as far as I know.* They are both open-ended refills.

That means all of those are a fit for everything the Fisher "universal" pressurized refill (not the same as the bullet pen refill) fits...such as the Hinderer Kubotan pen. *Good to know...Originally Posted by samson722

um..my Rotring rollerball takes a Fisher Space Ball refill, (and also a G-2 I'll guess -- have yet to try) -- but the pen point in the Rotring RB is spring loaded -- very cushy writing, heavy pen, very smooth, nice!
loWWorm, I think you need to split the Rotring entry up.* I know the actual Rotring Model 600 uses mini-refills (2.3mmx67mm).* The Newton and other "600 series" pens are called such because they share the same overall shape and design of the original Model 600, but I'm almost positive they use a larger refill.
Here's a link to the Rotring standard rollerball refill, while this one is for the multi-pen refills.* So, there's at least 2 different size refills for Rotring's pens, depending upon model.
Hope that helps! :)
