      I really want one of these and I want to support the forum also so I really hesitate when I say this BUT as my wife says I'm never one to keep my mouth shut so... does the shipping REALLY need to be $5 on a patch that can be mailed USPS in a regular size envelope? I'm thinking more members would represent if the shipping wasn't quite so much.

      To be fair, this isn't necessarily an issue that is isolated to J.S. Burly's. I haven't ordered small items from a number of sites due to shipping costs.

      The "issue" is that the forum store only ships priority mail, which is not an issue because you get your stuff within two days in all conus

      Shopping ‘round, I’ve seen shipping charges for a $5.00 patch varying from $2.69 to $3.49 all the way to $6.00.

      As we all know...for the most part...items like this are usually added to an order when purchasing other products to make more economic sense.

      Jon is a one man show, and works hard to keep this wonderful forum alive for all of us to enjoy...

      I have purchased both patches...
      They are awesome, and I get lots of comments on them all the time.
      I can only speak for myself, I think they are a steal for $7.50 a piece (for the pair), and worth every penny to help support this forum!!

      I agree with the above posts...most of the time items like this are added to the order rather than bought alone. Plus it's worth the extra 2 bucks to get your goods in 2-3 days vs a week and a half.

      Just my .02 YMMV
