Ok the old thread (http://edcforums.com/index.php?topic=2937.msg35569#msg35569) hasn't had activity for just about a year so I'm making this new thread.

I just moved to San Jose!

I wouldn't mind meeting in San Francisco, on a close stop to a public transport station. If anyone lives around San Jose I can probably give you a lift.

I'm free the weekends and Monday. During the day would be preferable for me.

I've been wanting a TADGear stop for awhile now, but the holidays broke me! Some of it on TAD stuff!

Another Bay Area resident here! I live in the Sunnyvale area. Let me know if you have a get-together. My schedule isn't very constant, but I could try to make it. Got a few Atwoods and stuff for show-and-tell.

Hit the San Jose Gun Show last month. Big disappointment. Lots of collectible guns and militaria, but little else. I was looking for a North American Arms revolver. Only found one that was used, broken, and at full price. Gun shows were much more interesting in Texas!

Yes, I remember the San Jose show taking 1/2 day to see all the tables (back in the 70-80s). The San Francisco Cow Palace was bigger, maybe a few times a year. (I moved out of CA, now I can buy any kind of firearm). With all the new CA gun laws, not sure if shows are worth much anymore.

Would it be possible to mention that I could make it as an EDC guest, or maybe just your guest since you're on the board? I don't really have much to show, but I would like to see lights and knives :) I don't really need another forum to keep track of at this point, so I doubt I should register.

I mentioned it in the thread, I don't think it's an issue if you just show. I'm sure everyone covers their own check, etc. (Never been myself, just guessing here)
