MSIE6's built in pop up blocker stopped them for me.

I used first class when I returned from the Middle East, for just those reasons. But, I also had spare cash to do it. For the most part, full-price tickets are just too expensive to justify the benefits, at least on my budget. Still, these are good tips. Thanks!
