Problems posting since the upgrade

Hello

I've been unable to post or send PM's since the upgrade except for once in the customer appreciation raffle and now, hopefully, here. I get an error after I press the submit button.

Any thoughts?

Have you tried logging out, clearing your cache, then logging back in?
