Skagen makes some really thin Ti ones.* I think these have mineral crystal, but not saphire.

my 2005 edition brietling aerospace titanium is only 9mm thick. the 2006 got fat and are around 13-14mm. some of citizens pro divers in titaniums are pretty thin.

Not to be a grump, but the SS Skaggen I got at the factory sale was thin on the edges and thicker in the middle. Like an inverted dinner plate, on the back. Worked fine, looked nice but when you see the pictures you think the whole thing will be 4 mm thick.
