Moderators, I'm having trouble logging in

I have been experiencing difficulties logging in for several days now. First the menu bar at the top didn't work, but the login space below it did.

Now the top one works sometimes, the bottom one works sometimes, and I can't stay logged in for more than a minute. I don't think it's my computer.

Try logging off, resetting all cookies, and then logging back in. As you log in, make sure to check the option to keep you logged in "forever" (or something like that).

If that doesn't work, you may have to check your browser settings. What browser are you using? I went through a difficult period using FireFox, until I realized that somehow parts of EDCF had been added to my blocked content list. I'm still not sure how that hapenned, as I'm here every day, and it was very annoying... Anyway, try that, and we'll see if it works.

If your browser is blocking cookies (like mine is), clicking on the EDCF logo will log you out. Since without cookies, your session has to be propagated though the URL (using the PHPSESSID argument), and using any link that doesn't have this argument will result in getting logged out. It's, um, complicated. I would try to make sure your cookies aren't being deleted or blocked somehow.

It is also possible you are loading cached versions of the pages, either on the browser side or on some server.
