Adding a hole to Zulu watch band

Anyone have any tips on adding a hole to a Zulu watch band? I have small wrists and need the band just a little tighter.

Well...a very hot, fine-tipped soldering iron would probably work. It'd need to be cleaned or replaced before using for soldering again though...

Find a finishing nail the same size as the hole,hold it with pliers,heat it up and melt the new hole.
