down at the "Recent Posts" section, the one at the bottom of the main page, when you click on the members name who left the last post, it takes you to that post instead of the members profile?

OK, don't like that one, how about this...when you run your cursor over a thread topic, a little box pops up with the lead post in it and you can get an idea of what it's about before opening it.* This is useful when time is limited so you don't have to open each thread, a few other forums have this feature, the box pops up for a couple of seconds and closes.* Kind of Forum Speed Reading.

i like the pop up box feature, use it extensively at CPF. Is very helpful.
seems that there are a few features here that are not at other forums and vise versa.

We're using a different software than other forums. Some features you see elsewhere are simply not available (and viceversa), and implementing them (aka. hacking the software) may cause stability problems. I don't think we want to go there.
