View Full Version : Going to try and be in Oklahoma mid to late August

I can't be sure of the date but I am going to try really hard to be in Oklahoma for a few days. Maybe as the date firms up a mini gathering of EDC'efers can occur there.

How many Okies do we have now?

Speaking of Oklahoma....anybody ever been tothe Meers store and restaurant? I saw it on TV program all about some of the most famous burger joints in America. Now, after that show, every time I hear the word Oklahoma, I want one of them giant burgers! They're made from their own herd of grass eating Texas Longhorn cattle.

I am not familiar with it Trashman.

I will be in Ponca City but Tulsa or OKC would not be that bad of a drive for me.

I did a search for Oklahoma and only found the three of you.* I guess it is possible that the three of you are the only ones but I doubt it.* I might latter create a shout asking who is in Oklahoma.

I would like to meet where it is the easiest for all of us to get together.


Someone has to kick off this meet other EDCF'ers thing. Maybe if we do this, others will start meeting in there areas.

I live and work down in the Muskogee area so Tulsa is only about an hour away. I have to go over to Stillwater occasionally for work as well which is over in Ponca City's neck of the woods. I actually have to be in Stillwater for a meeting next Wednesday (the 9th). Let me know when you might want to get together and I'll see if I can make it. Between work and other stuff at home I stay pretty busy but I might be able to sneak away sometime.
