That all titanium 1911 we had a thread about a few weeks ago is on my wish list.
Or do you want a realistic goal. If so, I would actually love one of these (http://www.taurususa.com/products/product-details.cfm?model=627SH4C&category=Revolver).

I don't have a single revolver, and I thought about getting one for a while now. Just haven't taken the plunge yet. If I ever get one, it may that one. I'm in CA though. Not much use for guns here except for going to the range. It's really just wishful thinking on my part.

DH, that's a noble wish. Tarus has come a long way since I last looked at the line. I don't really gravitate towards revolvers myself but I have a cool little Model 10, DAO, 3" bbl, round butt, and in 38 spl. yet, from the S&W custom shop that I picked up when I worked in a gun shop. What fun to shoot. Hardly a target grade pistol but what the heck, right? You'd have the same fun with that Ti revolver.

Yeah, I know what you mean. Tell the truth, a Ti gun probably wouldn't even feel right shooting it with the added recoil and all. But if I wanted to get something different and fresh, why not something I don't have at all. Something like a large caliber revolver in Ti. .357 in Ti, imagine the kick on that!

Check out the porting on that rascal. That ought to tame the beast a bit.

I agree. *I tell you though, like you said. *Taurus has come a long way. *I would have never even considered them 5 years ago. *Now they keep grabbing the attention of gun enthusiasts. *Where else can you find a large caliber large frame all Ti revolver. *I think S&W has them, but only as a back-up sized revolver. *Also, the Taurus Ti looks darn good.

Dillon M134D-T (T for Titanium) Minigun. This would look awsome mounted on the Stealth Tahoe.

That price isn't too out of line either for a Ti revolver, at least it's under $1000.

This is a little off topic but I see that some here don't have a revolver.

I too carry and automatic but always have a revolver at the same time. There are just some jobs that a revolver can do better than an automatic and there are things an automatic can do better than a revolver but in many cases it is so clear which is better so carrying both will not create confustion on what to use.

Take a look at I think the 11th post of this thread and see if this makes any sence to you. On me right now is an Autoloader behind the right hip and a revolver in the left front pocket. There are things this small revolver can do that no automatic is good at.

Yeah I know what you mean.My brother always said a revolver is better cause there's less of a chance it'll jam.My thinking is automatic for a primary(holds more ammo) and revolver for back-up.

Also, if the bullet on a handgun doesn't fire, you will manually extract it. On a revolver, if the bullet doesn't fire, all you do is pull the trigger again to fire the next bullet in line.
