Have you wanted to meet others from EDCF? Here is where to do it. The frapper link might be a helpful tool to organize some meetings.

If you want to organize a gathering of other members, post what you have in mind and where you want to do it. Feelers are welcome here.

Oh, and if you do organize a successful gathering. Don't forget to take a bunch of pictures for all of us to see.

I have had some success with getting member so chat at Frapper. It does make it easier to have a more fluid "conversation", at Frapper. I do think that Frapper is not used enough though. Maybe a link on the page somewhere would encourage more use of it.

I would like to suggest that the "Gatherings" category be raised to a much higher level in the EDCF structure. It is currently so deep that I can almost never find it when I want to make a post about a gathering. Consequently, I usually post a thread about a gathering in the wrong area.

On CPF, the "Get Togethers" forum is visable from the main menu. That makes it real easy to check in on. Get togethers are so few and far between that I would hate to miss one just because I didn't notice the thread about it.
