How do u resize pics so you can post them here? HELP

Anyone tell me how to make pics smaller, so i can post them here? I had some stuff for sale and got a pic taken off because it was too big. How do i get it smaller?

My advice for anyone who wishes to quickly resize a picture would be to visit the Microsoft website and download the Image Resizer Powertoy located at the following link:

http://www.geekstuff4u.com/product_info.php?manufacturers_id=&products_id=404

All you need to do then is locate the file on your system (I'm assuming your running windows XP) then right click on it and choose to resize it to the size you prefer. It creates a copy of your file and the resolution you have chosen, and they are perfect for displaying in various forums.

I think it helps to adjust the settings on your camera as well.
