What's your guy's take on Steinhausen brand watches? The one that sort of caught my eye was the Dunn Horizton Victorian as it's a very thin watch. What level would you put them at in comparison with say Casio, Seiko, Rolex.

Hi, Off topic... I love your screen name! It would be a great name for a band... Why did you choose it if you don't mind me askng?

Thanks,

It's actually a combination of two band names. Iced Earth and Dream Theater, both bands are ones that I like.

I have never heard of the watch that you are talking about. Do you have a link?

Old post but here is the link and watch that was in question. :) http://www.steinhausenonline.com/product_detail.asp?SKU=TW+518+S

I've decided against that brand as they seem to be very questionable in the quality and I also found out that the next watch I want has to have tritium in it. My Seiko has the luminous hands but they last maybe 5 minutes till it's completely gone. The next watch I get also has to be an automatic. Ones I've seen that have caught my eye are the Luminox 1600, Traser Classic Automatic, pretty much any Ball watch.

Ahhh. That is good to know about that brand.
I love Ball watches!! have you bought a new watch? Or are you still looking?

Well I got a Seiko Coutura SNP007 for Christmas. But I still want an automatic with tritium in it.
