Has the company released this gun to any dealers yet. If so has anyone here actually held or fired it as yet. I've got the P32 and am anxiously awaiting to test the new little 9

If kel-tec follows their past performance expect the new little 9mm sometime early next year. Like many other gun companies they announce a new model long before it will be released if at all. You may have noticed beautiful full page ads last year for a new Beretta 22 carbine conversion for the Neos, they won't be making it.Even guns that have been reviewed sometimes never actually make it into production. They are sent out to gun writers to beta-test and if enough problems arise during beta-testing the gun may not be made.
Seems like all three of the KelTec related places (KT home/KTOG/KelTecRange) seem to agree that the earliest date KT will be shipping the blued version of the PF9 will be Aug 2006..
The Aug date is just the latest "expected release date", and in fact there were several earlier than that which keep being pushed back..
I would much prefer KT keep the PF9 OUT of distribution until they have ironed all of the bugs, if any, out.* Since the PF9 is basically a single stack P11 with the better P3AT trigger you wouldn't think "bugs" would be a problem.*

My P11 and P32 have both been excellent pistols, so guess I'll probably scarf up a blued PF9 after the initial sales rush .

I talked with a semi-famous gun writer guy I know a little on line, and he claims to have not one, but TWO of them.
And I can't even find one..
