I use imageshack.us but there are other free services out there.

I started with Imageshack, then ran out of bandwidth with them and started an account with Photobucket. I find Photobucket easier to use, but Imageshacks has more posting options like posting thumbnails which Photobucket doesn't have.

www.imagevenue.com is very easy to use, but does not give you any sort of online image gallery. Just upload the pics, grab the links, paste them where you want them and you are done.
