Classic SAK mod?

I was thinking that an ideal EDC keyring tool would be an Vic Classic without the scissors but with the bottle opener on the Manager/Mini Champ.

You dont really need the scissors as you have the knife but with the bottle opener you get a bottle opener (derrr ;D) and a small phillips scwerdriver.

What do you think?

Check out the Rover model. It has a nail blade, a little wharncliffe blade and a caplifter/ flat screwdriver blade and no scissors. The Big Lots stores around here were selling them for $6 or so last time I checked.

Does anyone have a Rally? I looks the same as the Rover but with a phillips head on the bottle opener.

I'll have to keep any eye open for the Rally. I think that I would use the tiny phillips more than the flat blade on the Rover. The biggest charm of the Rover was the price. ;D

Why Mod ? just EDC the MINICHAMP and you have ALL tools
size is about the same. I EDC on my left front Jeans w/lanyard on my belt loop
just above the pocket. somethimes I have to check if is there because you can't
notice. Plus No way to loose teh knife this way...
