Error Message for Pic Links

When I try to view a pic link that someone else has posted I receive an error message telling me that I'm not allowed to view it. Do I have my settings messed up, or am I doing something wrong? :help:

For example: I tried to click on the link to Charlie Fox's "Finally EDC" post and this is the message I received:

"It seems that you are not allowed to download or view attachments on this board."
