Email Generator

Yes guys I have to ask this again...

well , I know I have to use the Email generator to create the Email Icon to be used on the
page ; but i have a hard time to upload to my profile. could someone please guide me to
upload my Email Info on my profile ??? Thanks :stupid: and I need some easy directions...
