OK, here's what I had on me today:

Left to right:
Wallet, Leatherman, SureFire G2 Nitrolen, Chapstick, Fox OC spray, 3' tape measure, whistle (yes, it's cheap), tablet, pen, pencil.
Under that, we have a S&W 637 Airweight 38+PSpl, my Victorinox, and my keys, with a little Maglite 1xAAA light (I think I want to replace that w/ a small LED unit.
The Leatherman, SureFire, OC, tape and whistle usually reside in my coat pockets.
Sometimes, the swiss army knife is replaced by a CRKT M16, and the S&W by a Glock 26 or a little NAA minirevolver...
There is a cell phone in my pocket, too, but it was charging at the time.
